There are not many things that I expect in life, but there are two things that I do expect: fair treatment and good coffee.
I guess for me, I believe that we should all be treated as equals in all aspects of life, no matter what or who we are. Whether rich or poor, we should all have the same rights and access to the same opportunities, and I try to live my beliefs wherever I go.
As for the coffee, I would love the opportunity for everyone to have an exceptionally good cup of coffee should they desire it and have access to the best coffee makers on the market. Though I know that it isn’t a reality yet, I know how life changing a good coffee can be.
So, I may have to start out small buy buying the best coffee maker and best coffee pot and give it to someone else - maybe I will start something that just might change the world…
I have always believed that anyone can be beautiful and that they just need someone to show them what they are missing. Sadly, I think the majority of people just don’t think that way and therefore, there are a lot of problems in the world.
When I decided to go to the beauty academy, it was my goal to become educated on how to create beauty and help others see the beauty in themselves. Sure, I could have gone to a simple hair school, but I decided that it would be best if I set my goals a little higher.
Somehow, I managed to get accepted into a beauty school and I was able to get funding to go to school. After what seemed like very little time, I was out working my magic at a beauty salon.
I can’t believe that my career as a beauty consultant is just starting - it is nice to finally do something that I love to do.
I would consider myself an avid movie watcher and I typically go to the movies at least a couple of times each week. I typically go to an older theater to watch them as I have been going there since I was a child.
What I like the most about the movie theater is that they use custom aisle runners in each theater that capture a piece of the good old days. You can find historical movie titles, awards, and they even have one custom aisle runner that displays the movie admission price based on the year.
The decor doesn’t stop at the aisle runner either. They have the theater done up like it was many years ago and it is one of the coolest places to go on a Saturday night. Speaking of that, maybe that is what I should do this Saturday - what a great idea.
