I have had a cell phone for a number of years now, and I recently changed carriers.  One of my biggest frustrations with the new carrier is that their caller id doesn’t always work properly.  I usually get the number, but over half the time, I don’t get the name.

I contacted the company and they told me that it was a temporary problem that would be sorted out shortly.  But in the meantime, they suggested that I use a reverse cell phone lookup website to find out who called me.  They even provided me with free Internet on my phone until it gets fixed, so that was an added bonus.

I didn’t have much problem figuring out how to find reverse cell phone numbers, and despite the inconvenience, I was able to find out who called.  I just hope that they fix the problems with their service soon - I might just have to switch carriers again.
