When I was growing up I had a friend who was extremely rich. She never lacked for a thing, and she had everything that we could ever dreamed of having as kids. Going through high school with her, was sometimes a challenge and sometimes it was downright great.
During high school, she even had party food caterers come to her house parties to serve food to her guests. It was definitely the place to go and you knew you were definitely a nobody if you did not get invited to one of her parties. I can definitely say that I was glad she was my friend.
I would be interested to know what happened to her after high school, but we lost contact soon afterwards and I started a new life of my own. I would imagine, but it was hard for her to be on her own, as she had been catered to her whole life.
My daughter came home from school the other day, for a much-needed rest and to work on the big philosophy essay that she had due right before Christmas. It was a great time and I had such a good time visiting with her even though she spent a lot of her time doing research.
This was a really big assignment for her and she wanted to do a really good job on it as she knew the professor marked very hard and she was prepared to put all of her effort into it. I was really proud of how serious she was taking her first-year classes.
She showed me the list of essay topics that she had been given at the beginning of term and told me which one she was writing on. I thought she was really brave as it was not one of the easiest topics but it was one that would teach her a lot and that was what she wanted most out of her university education.
As I sent my children upstairs to play, so that I could work on my dissertation, I felt a little bit guilty that I was neglecting them in favor of my studies. I always told myself that I would make up for it when I was finished and have the time, but he did not realize how much they would grow and how much I would miss.
I figured, that it would not be a big deal for the kids to play together while I was working on my thesis, as long as I make sure they were fed and dressed and put to bed on time. What I did not realize, is that though I was home, I pretty much left the kids to fend for themselves.
In hindsight, an essay would never be as important to me as my children were and they wish that I could have those two years back, so I could have been a better mom and built a better bond with them.
I personally feel if they don’t learn something new each and every day that my day has been wasted. So today for me was a really good day as I learn something new about credit cards.
You see, I’ve always believed that you apply for a credit card and then you would have to wait a number of weeks before you found out whether or not you were approved. To me, that seemed like a very frustrating way to be treated as in most cases you would be interested in using the card at the moment you apply.
While reading some reviews at a credit card reviews website, I was surprised to find out that there were a number of companies that offered instant approval credit cards. Basically, you’d fill out your information, submit it, and find out right away whether or not your application is approved.
I hadn’t realized that things have gotten better in this respect since I applied for my credit cards many years ago. It was definitely something interesting for me to learn today.
It may sound a little bit weird, but I absolutely love to have my dog in the room with me when I am doing essay writing. He gives me inspiration and it is almost like he knows when I need an extra little push to help me keep going.
I knew that I would have a lot of coursework when I started college and I knew that Buddy would keep me going. Sometimes when I am running low on juice form studying, I grab the leash and take Buddy for a run. This usually gives me enough energy to complete the assignments that I am working on.
I realize that Buddy is just a dog, but he inspires me to do well on my essays. I want to finish school and get a good job so that I can buy a house with a huge yard for him. He is cooped up at home all day right now and some day, I would like to grant him the freedom of being able to be outside without being tied up.
I am an avid lover of the outdoors. If I can be outside while doing it, I will probably enjoy the activity. Spring is about baseball, summer about camping, fall about hunting and winter about ice skating and sledding. There is not a season that I do not enjoy as there are always great activities to do outdoors.
I have found a new hobby that I absolutely love. I love to go out and play paintball with my friends. We have each purchased some new Spyder guns and we try to get out as often as possible to play with them. It is a lot of fun to shoot each other and we are all so competitive that it makes it even more fun.
I had never thought about purchasing my own paintball gun before and it is one of the best purchases that I have made in a long time. I have certainly got very good use out of it and I actually see no reason why we can’t play even in the winter. It is just another reason that I love to be outside.
For the past few years, I have been keeping every term paper that I write during the year so that I can sell them to students that will be taking the class the term after I do. I figure that selling my research papers will help them to get an idea of what to expect as well as enable them to get better marks in the class.
The biggest sale that I ever made was the book reports that I sold from my first-year English class. There are many first-year college students that really had no idea what to expect in terms of what they should be writing for their papers and by purchasing my package they had a better idea of what they had to do to get a good mark.
Even though some people would say that what I’m doing is wrong, all the people that purchase papers through me sign a contract stating that they will not copy the work that I give them nor will they share it with anyone else. So far, no one has abused the policy but I do have a game plan in place should it happen.
Over the past year, I’ve had difficulty holding down a part-time job while I’ve been going to school. There just never seems be enough time to get everything done so I have found the need a number of times to outsource my essay writing.
This idea came to me one day when I was looking online and I stumbled across a website that sold college-level essays. I was able to browse through the listings of management essays, art essays, and sociology essays and many other subjects and I found that they had essays that covered the topics of my classes.
I purchased one to check out, and I found the quality very good. So for most of the term I bought the essays I had to write instead of writing them myself. It was definitely one of the easiest ways to free my time so that my work and school wouldn’t clash.
I subscribe to the local newspaper and I basically only read the business section. I really have no use for the rest of the paper but I like to see what is going on with stock research every day. In fact purchasing a paper just to read the business section is so worth it for me.
I myself enjoy to research stock and I’m not sure where this started. I know my parents tried to teach me about investing in saving my money but I have since become such an addict when it comes to anything regarding the stock market and mutual funds.
It is kind of ironic that my dad will call me and ask me about my stock pick. I actually love that he will come to me for advice and has no problem admitting that I have far surpassed any knowledge he has on the subject. I think this has strengthened our relationship.
A couple of years ago, when my husband and I decided to build a house for ourselves, we looked into a lot of different options to make our home be earth friendly and as green as we possibly could. We felt that this was our duty as parents and we got a lot of knowledge through the research that we did.
One thing that kept coming back to us was the solar system benefits. We had decided, before reading any of the literature, that we wanted our house to run completely on solar power, but we had no idea as to the vast benefits that doing this would cause.
It was kind of a win-win situation. We would not only save a lot of money by never having to pay a power bill, but we could also make money by sending power back into the grid. This was one thing that I did not know before that. By far though, the best benefit would be knowing that we had made the right choice for the world and that we were saving it, one little it at a time.
