I was walking through Ikea with my mom one day when I saw some home office furniture that I absolutely fell in love with. I could picture it in my home and I knew that I needed to somehow come up with the money to buy it. I spend a lot of time in my office and I thought that if I had this nice furniture, it would be a lot more bearable.

The office chairs were very retro looking, and yet, they were extremely comfortable. I think that since I sit in front of the computer for so long, it was worth the money to have a comfortable chair to sit in. My mom agreed with this and she said that since I used the computer so much for school, she would buy me the chair.

This was really nice of her, but I wanted the whole set. The chair would just look too out of place without the other office furniture that goes with it. I saved all of my babysitting money and was soon able to buy it. I love the office now. It is my favorite room of the house now, and that is saying a lot because I also really love my bedroom.
