With the increase in house values in our city, I have been tempted to sell our house.  We were thinking of moving to a smaller community anyway as the city is getting a little to large for our tastes.

So, I thought that I would do a quick look around the house to see what needed to be improved to get the highest possible price at the time of sale.  Most of the house was okay, but the outside needed a little something.

You see, the siding we have on the home is painted and it could sure use an exterior painting job.  It has been too many years since I had the time to paint it, and it looked terrible.

I found a good site, besthousepainter.com, that allowed me to find a painter with just a few clicks.  Now, we have them scheduled to come paint the house next Wednesday.  After that, we will get the appraiser out to see what we could get for our house - at that point we will decide if we should sell it or not.
