I have been really busy lately and haven’t had a lot of time to use my computer.  In fact, it may have been off the longest amount of time it has ever been off in its’ life.  Just last week I decided to turn it on and check my email - I was sure that there was going to be a lot waiting for me.

But as it turns out, that was not meant to happen.  Somehow it ended up that my hard drive was corrupt and I could no longer boot up my machine properly.  I had a friend come over and help me copy off my documents and then we proceed to reformat the machine.

An hour and a bit later, we were done.  We turned on the machine, booted it up, and were confronted with a registry error.  Damn!  I don’t usually get mad, but I sure was this time - I really, really wanted to use the computer.

I remembered reading an article about the best registry repair tools recently and I was sure that I still had it printed off on my desk.  A quick rummage through the papers (okay, so my desk is a little messy) and I found what I was looking for.  On the paper was a Regcure review and a Registry Easy review which compared these two market leaders.

After reading the information that was presented to me, I went over to a friends house to purchase and download Regcure.  It seemed that it was the best in terms of performance and price, so it was decided that it would be the software to save the day.  We are just burning it onto a disk, and I am going home to fix my machine.  I sure hope it works…
