Directories are always a great thing to come by. Whether it be for submitting your websites to be seen by others or for pure SEO work. I myself have a directory and am using the PHPLD script. I do like seeing what others have are what script they are using. Just to see whats out there or see what niche things are currently out.

But I have come across a directory that I do like. The directory is Dollar Directory. I like Dollar Directory for several reasons. One is the simple layout, design and color of the website. Another is the sitemap. I do not see many directories with sitemaps. To me this is helpful if I was just a visitor and needed to find something real quick in the directory. Dollar Directory also has an RSS feed which is great. And if you subscribe to the feed, you can see the most recent submissions. The Google ads are in a nice placement as well and do not interfere with the directory. Overall easy to navigate and a pleasant design.
